Johannelda J. Diaz, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner who provides exceptional care at AZZ Medical Associates, a primary care practice in New Jersey. Johannelda primarily sees in-person patients at the Robbinsville Office. Johannelda’s educational journey began at the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, Central Visayas, where she earned her first bachelor’s degree. She then pursued her medical studies at Davao Medical School in Davao City, XI – Davao Region. Continuing her educational pursuits, Johannelda completed a second bachelor’s degree in nursing at Medina College in Ozamiz City, Northern Mindanao. After relocating to the United States, Johannelda achieved academic excellence by obtaining a master’s degree with honors to become a family nurse practitioner at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California. Before joining the AZZ Medical Associates team, Johannelda gained extensive nursing experience in New Jersey. She served as a staff nurse at a nursing home and worked as a registered nurse in private practice, further honing her skills and knowledge. With fifteen years of critical care and bedside nursing experience under her belt, Johannelda brings a wealth of expertise to provide comprehensive care for patients at AZZ Medical Associates.
