Before finding AZZ medical I was certainly lost looking for someone who took my insurance (medicaid) but I finally found my Dr. Hazel Chavez. She has been the most helpful, understanding, prompt and very easy to talk to. I have never been so happy with a doctor than I have with her. My previous Dr. had me on all sorts of medications that were not working or gave too many side effects. With the help of Dr. Chavez we found a regimen for me and now my mental health is better than ever!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
