Accessible and Reliable Telehealth Services in New Jersey
Wherever Life Takes You, Our Telehealth Follows
What Can We Help You Manage, From Home?
Primary Care
From cold symptoms to cholesterol checks, we manage everyday health concerns and preventive care virtually. Prescriptions and refills go straight to your NJ pharmacy after your visit.
Psychiatry
Depression, anxiety, ADHD, or mood swings? Our telepsychiatry providers offer thoughtful, nonjudgmental support and medication management. Audio-only visits are covered for behavioral health under New Jersey law, so care works even without a camera.
Gastroenterology (GI)
Stomach pain, IBS symptoms, or digestive discomfort? Begin treatment with a specialist via a secure video or audio call. Your GI provider can order labs and imaging near you before any office visit is needed.
Rheumatology
Joint pain, stiffness, or autoimmune issues? Our rheumatologists assess and deliver care with utmost precision and attention to detail. Virtual follow-ups spare patients with painful joints the trip when travel itself is the hardest part.
Pediatrics
Fevers, rashes, and follow-ups, parents can connect with a state-certified provider for their child without the stress of clinic waits. Visual concerns like rashes often resolve in one video call, with clear guidance on when an in-person exam is needed.
Internal Medicine
Full-spectrum of adult care through secure virtual visits, with support for ongoing conditions, medication management, and more. Lab results and blood pressure logs get reviewed together on screen, in plain language.
Nephrology
Kidney concerns? We provide follow-ups and tests, including UACR/eGFR, and more to help manage kidney diseases. Routine kidney function monitoring by telehealth keeps chronic kidney disease care consistent without monthly commutes.
Family Medicine
Whole-family virtual care for all ages, supporting chronic issues, prescriptions, and wellness guidance from leading NJ providers. One household, one care team, from a grandparent's refill to a teenager's check-in.
Neurology
For migraines, tremors, or memory concerns, our telehealth services bring specialty insight directly to you. Headache diaries and symptom patterns review well on video, and testing is arranged locally when needed.
Chronic Condition Management
We help monitor and adjust care for diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, arthritis, and more, right from your screen. Home readings like glucose and blood pressure feed directly into treatment decisions at each virtual check-in.

New Jersey Telehealth Laws 2025
- Telehealth Technology Standards: Telehealth must use secure, real-time, two-way communication like video calls. Store-and-forward (asynchronous) technology is allowed only if the provider can deliver care equal to an in-person visit and informs the patient upfront.
- Patient and Provider Location Flexibility: Patients can receive telehealth urgent care in NJ from anywhere. Providers licensed in New Jersey can deliver services remotely. Recent law (Senate Bill 1597, 2024) allows out-of-state providers licensed in New Jersey to treat New Jersey patients via telehealth.
- Medical Records and Documentation: Providers must document telehealth visits and include notes in the patient’s medical record to ensure continuity of care.
- Telehealth Organization Registration: All telehealth providers operating in New Jersey must register with the New Jersey Department of Health.
Parity in - Reimbursement: New Jersey law (Public Law 2024, Chapter 105) requires health plans, including Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare, to reimburse telehealth services at the same rate as in-person visits through July 1, 2026. This does not apply to Medicare and excludes audio-only visits except for behavioral health.
