Jill S. Shafi

Jill S. Shafi, is a highly skilled nurse practitioner, holds a BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing (2013) and an Associates in Nursing from Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing (1994). She earned a Masters in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University (Oct 2014 – Feb 2020). She is currently working at AZZ Medical Associates, based in Matawan, NJ.

Jill also worked as an Instructor in Psychiatry at Rowan SOM (since May 2021) and holds the position of Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry at Jefferson Health Systems (since Feb 2022). With licenses in NJ for APN and RN, Drug Licensure, and DEA certification, she is board-certified in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing since Oct 2014.

Jill actively contributes to workplace violence prevention, mentors APN students, and is a proud recipient of the Nurse of the Year award in 2006 from Virtua Hospital Camden.
