Sasha Dacosta-Chambers, an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, brings over 16 years of diverse nursing experience, currently working in AZZ Medical Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, NJ in 2017, an Associate degree of Science in Nursing from Excelsior College School of Nursing, Albany, NY in 2014, and a Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate from Bronx Community College, Bronx, NY in 2005. Certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in New Jersey, Sasha holds additional certifications, including Family Nurse Practitioner, ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Her clinical rotations span primary care, pediatric medicine, Palliative Care, Post-Acute settings, medical-surgical, pediatric, hospice, and community nursing. Beyond clinical settings, Sasha actively engages in international charities and local community initiatives focused on enhancing healthcare and nutrition for vulnerable populations.
